Thing #6 Web 2.0 Tools
I chose the website . I found that you can use this site to check your spelling and writing in a document you create. I like that you can upload any document you create and check your grammar and spelling to make sure everything is correct. The site's useful tools were the grammar checker in which you can copy and paste or type a document into it, and it will correct any spelling and grammar errors in the document and the share button in which you can share the website with other people on social networking sites. I could use this in school to help students correct their spelling and grammar errors and learn the correct way to write it so they can improve in their writing. It can also help students check their spelling and grammar when doing an essay or writing assignment. It is a great way to find spelling and grammar errors and learn the correct way to write them so students can improve their writing skills.

Thing #5 Web 2.0
I read the article "Web 2.0 Is The Future of Education." I agree that Web 2.0 will greatly affect education and make a difference in how students learn and teachers teach. I also agree that the web has not not only affected education, but also how companies sell products and how consumers decide whether or not to purchase those items. I also think that the web will continue to change and affect education.
I also read the article "The Horizons Report." I like that this article lists all the different Web 2.0 tools you can use in the classroom and what they can be used for. I also like that it lists technology you can use to help students with specials needs and disabilities. I agree that technology is becoming of the major ways that children are interacting and communicating with other people.
To me, School 2.0 means using the web and technology to my advantage to help me communicate and interact with students, administrators and parents. For schools of the future, Web 2.0 means teachers using technology in the classroom to teach students more efficiently. It also means students using technology to help them better understand and learn the material they are learning. It means being able to teach more efficiently so students can learn in a better and different way then before.

Thing #4 Commenting
Commenting helps create a sense of community and interaction because it it shows importance to the blog and draws attention to the blog. It also shows that you are interested in the blog. It also makes the blogger feel like you are a part of their life because you are reading his/her blog. The names of the seven blogs I commented on are Jill Hutchinson's 23 Things, 23 Things, Jared Morris's 23 Things, Chassity Halpin's 23 Things, My 23 Things, Valeta Winn, and My 23 Things. I chose these blogs because they looked interesting to read. The comments I made were that I agree with them and I also think this. I chose these comments because I felt the same way the bloggers did and thought the same thing. I think commenting is important to bloggers and makes their blogs more interesting and more people will want to read them.
Thing #3
I might use a blog in my teacher education program and in my future classroom. I might use in my teacher education program to keep track of resources, projects, and ideas I find and create in my education classes that I may use in my future classroom. I can use my blog to share these things with other people that may use them too and to get feedback on them. I might use a blog in my future classroom to communicate with students, parents and other teachers. I can use a blog to post important dates and homework assignments to keep students on track and aware of what is coming up. I can also use it to post practice problems and homework help for students that need extra help and practice to help them better understand an assignment, I can also use a blog to communicate with parents to keep them up-to-date with what their child is doing in the classroom and their child's progress and ways I can help them improve if needed. I can use it to share my ideas and resources I find effective to other teachers so they can use them in their classroom as well. A blog can be very useful in keeping in communication with students, parents and other teachers.
Thing #2
I do not have any previous experience reading or writing blog.I decided on my posting name and the name of my blog by I just used my last name and the word "teach" since I plan to teach and maybe use this blog when I teach. My experience in creating this blog is that it was very easy for me to create because I am very familiar with the web and google so it was easy to me to figure out how to set it up. My avatar reflects my personality by it is smiling and looks very happy, and I am always smiling and always have a positive attitude. My avatar looks like someone totally different from me because I wanted to be creative and make it look different. I enjoyed creating my blog and avatar, and I think my blog will be very useful now and in the future.

Thing #1 Habits of Lifelong Learners
There are 7 and a half habits of lifelong learners. They are begin with an open mind, accept responsibility for your own learning, view problems as challenges, have confidence in yourself as a competent, effective learner, create your own learning toolbox, use technology to your advantage, teach/mentor others and play. The easiest one for me is to use technology to my advantage. I always use technology such as interactive websites or games for extra help or practice on lessons I am learning to help me better understand the material. The hardest one for me is to view problems as challenges because when I am faced with a problem I tend to just ask for help instead of trying to figure it myself and use problem solving to see it, and I don't usually see it as a challenge I have to face to solve the problem. I think all of these 7 and a half habits for lifelong learners are very helpful in a learning environment and can help make learning more exciting and effective.
